AI processing, zero data retention (ZDR), and service providers

Chatbot messages are sent to third-party AI model providers strictly to generate real-time responses. The AI models utilized operate under Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies: they do not retain your prompts, messages, or conversation history, and your data is never used to train AI models.

The website and its database are hosted using third-party infrastructure. Those providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy and security terms.

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on the chatbot for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Chatbot conversation storage and 30-day retention

Chatbot conversations are stored in Michael's private conversation records for 30 days before they are automatically removed and completely deleted. This temporary storage is specifically used so Michael can review the necessary information to see how he might be able to help potential clients, understand their business needs, and follow up appropriately.

Business details, preferred contact methods, and contact information voluntarily provided during a chat session may be organized with that conversation in the site's conversation records during the 30-day period.

Contact-form submissions and related business correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and maintain appropriate business records.

Sharing and selling information

Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with hosting, email, database, and AI service providers only when needed to operate the website and respond to requests. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights and website security.

Your choices
